On the following pages you will find information relating to one of the literacy promotions programs developed by Z-Sides Press.

Taking the form of a proposal slideshow, we intend to describe what a typical NEA Big Read program might look like in the hope that other organizations will take up the cause of applying to this extraordinary grant program.

For the purposes of this demonstration, I will use "The Grapes of Wrath" by John Steinbeck as the title around which to build a multi-arts curriculum.

By providing such an example, Z-Sides Press hopes that other educators and interested stakeholders will take up the challenge of the NEA Big Read and keep this extraordinary grant program alive for future generations of Americans.
